We are blessed to have received constant support from our staff, franchise partners, associates, and the Chiripal Group. It was The dream of the Chiripal Group to give back to society in the form of education. With their initiative PG to PG Education, which means Playgroup to Post Graduation Education.
Shanti Juniors has become one of the most successful ventures and has spread across 74 cities of India in a very short time, against all odds. The preschool industry is volatile and challenging to enter and thrive in. Yet we sustained and succeeded with the love of the parents who placed their trust in us.
On this special moment, we’d like to share a small incident experienced by our one of the parents.
Once a delivery boy came to their house at noon and delivered the groceries they had ordered. The mother attended to him and the child was observing them. She checked and received the groceries as per her order. When the delivery boy started to leave, the boy asked, “Bhaiya, Aap Paani Peeyoge?”.
The mother was shocked at how her 3.5-year-old child showed empathy, when she never even taught him the meaning of empathy, considering his tender age.
Immediately she recalled, that specific week the child was studying about the ‘Helpers’ in Shanti Juniors. The mother was so proud and in tears after observing this growth in her child. This is the power and potential of education. This makes us feel content and successful with our mission and work.
