The story is exciting and inspiring, and that's why we didn't trim it to make it short. You'd feel her if you ever aspire to be in the actual business. A very successful and young Edupreneur at the age of 25 Currently, she is 28 and the best Example for Youth. She also has a son named Darsh Nimavat, who is Just 3 yrs. Old.
20th April 2019 was the date when she decided whole-heartedly that she wants to be an Edupreneur, and guess what? She opened her preschool at Raysan, Gandhinagar.
Her talent potentially made her achieve 24 students before the Midterm and 42 after Midterm, and at that time, she was 6 Months Pregnant, and even after total Bed rest, she didn't even rest for Single Day. Covid hit hard in everyone's life, and same was the case with MS. Dhruvi but we must admit that even during the tough time she got tougher to get 37 Students within 1st year of Covid and 92 in 2nd year, which is inspiring, and she is closely chasing up soon to be in the 200 CLUB. Yes. She'd soon reach 200 admissions.
Ms. Dhruvi's idol was her Dadi (Grandmother). She was a teacher and principal. In her whole family, there are 15 Govt. Teachers. doing jobs in Govt. schools. It was quite an unconventional lane for her.
She did M.com and M.B.A in Finance and got a job as soon as she finished her M.B.A but she denied it because somewhere back of the mind, she always wanted to start a school and be a teacher.
Ms.Dhruvi used to stay beside Shanti Juniors Gota, Ahmedabad, when she was in 12th Standard, from that time she use to calculate as a finance student about the No.of Students x Fees / Operational expenditure + Depreciation on CAPEX = Profit.
Ms.Dhruvi believes word of mouth is the best marketing to give, receive, and spread well. Although she was clear to open her own Shanti Juniors preschool, yet she enquired other brands too for the partnership. However, Shanti Juniors wasn't just her first love, but it also upkept her merit levels as a sustainable business approach too even after a decade.
The way Holistic development is propagated in Shanti Juniors. She told that due to some huge investment and as there is no business women in her family initially she faced Hurdles like Pre-school in Raysan region was the most challenging and risky as it was under developed area, where you can't find even a stationery shop. We weren't sure about the number of admissions. Family, friends everyone initially thought it as flop idea but eventually her gut feeling made it a big hit.
Perhaps No one gets successful without a passionate team and She feels blessed to have such team alongwith her. We congratulate and admire her for being so humble and approachable. She is thinking to expand and purchase one more infrastructure for Expansion of her Preschool. She believes in Real and Practical experience.
We were shocked to witness her teaching passion that once she brought a snail from her farmhouse and showed it to all children just to teach them this is a real snail and how it looks and S for Snail. We're sure that's all we talk about celebrate childhood. Those children would memorize the snail for the rest of their lives. She equally loves Annual Functions
Ms.Dhruvi is very happy and impressed with Head office staff Especially Dharmesh Sir. She thinks the foundation of Shanti Juniors and still unbeatable in this competitive environment. She admires Mr.Dharmesh for being persistent and calm. That has made the brand reach so far to be in the Top 5 Preschool brands of India.
She is thankful to him for his support, especially during Covid times.
