From a salaried employee (working as a claim adjustor in a health insurance company) to a preschool owner is indeed a diverse journey. She got married in 2017 to Mr.Dilip, and she has a 4-year-old daughter - Chiraasvi.
The story started when Ms.Divya was pregnant; she wasn't just nurturing a daughter in her but also the dream of her own preschool. She started learning about child psychology during her maternal period.
And finally, She started her own preschool; by that time, her daughter was 8 months old.
In May'2019, She came in touch with Mr.Sethuraman (Master Franchise of Shanti Juniors for Tamil Nadu), and she was impressed with the Montessori approach, I-Cube learning ladder, the SEAT (Shanti Educational Aids & Toys) Material, and above all, She liked the yellow color of the brand very much. :-) and there she went for the preschool franchise of Shanti Juniors.
She had seen enough challenges, but nothing could stop her. Starting from finding the right property, staff training, and early morning distribution of leaflets. The Head office supported her in its best capacity to survive her business during Covid Hit. Her Husband, Mother-in-law everyone helped her in their best way. Her mother-in-law was extra supportive as she found the preschool business more respectful. And sooner than she thought, she could bring her in-laws' Family to pride.
Yes, She crossed 80+ admissions and generated employment for more than 14 staff and counting. Shanti Juniors Porur, Chennai, is considered amongst the best preschool in the area.
Parents found it very safe, the curriculum is good, the teachers are warm and approachable, and it's been the next home for their kids. Hardly, they had few dropouts of admission due to the residence area shifting of their parents.

Hi Shivani, I am thankful to my staff; we never miss out on saying thank you by celebrating the birthdays or anniversaries of each staff. Parents are counseled in the best way so that we can make them Partners in their child's early development. My Family has done a lot for me beyond my imagination. The HO has always stood by me.
One thing I learned with this business is - Punctuality. And last and the most important I can't miss out on the best thing at my preschool, which never happened in my previous jobs.
